AutoChina International Limited (“AutoChina” or the “Company”) , China’s largest commercial vehicle sales, servicing, leasing, and support network, today announced that a member of its Board of Directors, Diana Liu, recently purchased $252,816 of AutoChina’s ordinary shares on the open market. Ms. Liu has served as a member of AutoChina’s Board of Directors since its inception, and was the former President of Spring Creek Acquisition Corp.
As previously announced, AutoChina will announce all transactions in the Company’s stock (purchases or sales) exceeding $250,000 effected by its officers and directors.
