ExpoCam takes the Green Route

In an attempt to help fleets operate more efficiently, ExpoCam is launching the Green Route feature area for the 2009 installation of the show. Exhibitors in the Green Route will showcase products that promote fuel savings and emissions reduction during the show, held at Place Bonaventure in Montreal April 16-18.

“We have had an amazing initial response from our exhibitors who are throwing their unqualified support behind the Green Route,” says show manager Elizabeth McCullough. “For example, with months to go before show, manufacturers such as Roadranger - Eaton and Dana have committed to featuring the latest diesel/hybrid electric trucks and Wix Filters will offer a variety of fuel, oil and air filters that clean particulates and emissions from the surrounding environment. It’s gratifying to see that our exhibitors are only too well aware of the issues facing the trucking industry and are doing their part to ensure we all weather the storm.”

ExpoCam, a bi-annual truck show, places heavy emphasis on the impact of new technology on Canada’s trucking industry. On display will be the latest in trucks, trailers, heavy-duty parts and accessories, engines and power train components, service shop equipment and supplies, tires, fuels, financial services, and many other products and services used in the trucking industry. An expected 17,000 industry professionals will meet more than 275 exhibitors from across North America.

Admittance to ExpoCam is open to industry members for an advance online registration fee of $10 or for $20 payable at the show.
