Using its national network of recovery agents, Manheim will be able to deliver vehicle recovery services through one single point of contact. Each client will be able to define bespoke rules of engagement for dealing with end users, ensuring consistent communication and operational processes. The service provides on-site electronic condition reports, completed by the recovery agent, which include enhanced functionality to maximise the remarketing opportunities once the asset has been recovered. Manheim DeFleet Services can then add debt counselling, payment collection and shortfall recovery services to the standard offer, creating a comprehensive menu of services for vehicle asset owners.
