Rt Hon Gordon Brown, prime minister and Paul Everitt, SMMT chief executive looked at cars built in Britain during their visit to press day at this year’s Show. Mr Brown attended the Show to meet manufacturers and to view the Greener Driving Pavilion to see first hand what car and van makers are doing in response to tackling climate change.
