New shares planned

SINOTRUK (Hong Kong) Ltd, China's biggest heavy-truck maker, may sell new shares in exchange for technology licenses to produce heavy trucks.

The company is in talks with a strategic investor for a long-term partnership, it said in a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange yesterday.
