How Not To Beat a Speeding Ticket
BUFFALO GROVE, Illinois — The most mesmerizing auto video has to be a May dashcam film showing a driver throwing his car into reverse and backing into a police car in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Police released the video in early October. The local Post Chronicle reports that 72-year-old Henry Raskin became angry after he was stopped for speeding by police. He threw his car into reverse, sped backward and slammed into the squad car. The impact of the vehicle hitting the car breaks the windshield, with a tire coming to rest near the police officer's head. Police arrested Raskin after the incident. What this means to you: An object lesson in how not to behave following a speeding ticket — because the cameras are always rolling. — Anita Lienert, Correspondent
