First off to all the morons out there who prabably have not used idrive before. My point is BMW came out with this system before anyone. You can call it MMI or camand whatever you want but BMW came out with it first period. So anytime a company comes out with something since they have invented it FIRST the product needs to be brought to the markeplace and receive feedback which BMW takes into consideration and also after a while of studying to make it better they have done so with the new idrive and navi based off google. Audi on the other hand waited and studied off BMWs publicity and came out with their own version but designed it like BMW location and everthing along with knob. So Even if you say it works better thats crap I have no problem with mine its easy only a 50 year old cant grasp it. But I do agree that the seven series is difficult but the other BMWs have a different navi and idrive. As of october we will have the new idrive in the 3 series then others will follow in bmw lineup. Also other makes will then copy off of that.
