Tyres maker Apollo unit shut down

Leading Indian tyre manufacturer Apollo Tyres has informed that the management has declared a lock-out at Company's Plant at Perembra, Kochi w.e.f. 1 a.m. on August 16, 2008 on account of labour problems.
