smart Canada announced that it will commence a three city smart Test Drive Tour in Quebec City that will run throughout the month of August. The tour, designed to showcase the All-New smart fortwo, will visit major events in Québec City, Montreal, and Ottawa throughout the month, allowing participants the opportunity to experience first hand the smart fortwo’s excellent driving characteristics, comfortable interior and serious commitment to safety and ecology.
